Tips for selecting paint colours:
There are a lot of different opinions for choosing paint colours. My favorite tip when looking at the deck is for the lighter colors, go down one tone and for darker colors, go up a shade. I’ve always done that and it’s usually right on target for me. Yellow is one of the most difficult paint colors to get right.When you are selecting a yellow from a paint deck always select something that looks almost beige. If you are unsure choose the next tone down. I always find yellow reads much brighter on a wall than on a paint sample chip.
